IMPROVED KEY FEATURES
Sealing: Low-viscosity formulation enhances sealant flow inside the tire, allowing immediate puncture sealing.
Composition: With a neutral pH, free from latex and ammonia, Panzer Sealant prevents degradation due to prolonged contact, protecting critical components such as the tire, tubeless tape, and valve. Its chemical neutrality also ensures it won’t damage painted or enameled surfaces.
Compatibility: Traditional tubeless sealants tend to form solid particles rapidly when exposed to continuous friction with insert systems. Panzer Sealant not only reduces the formation of solid particles but also minimizes sealant degradation and significantly extends its operational lifespan.
NEW FEATURES
Performance Characteristics: Active foam layer formation under the agitation caused by rolling and wheel vibrations, the liquid partially emulsifies. This increases the sealant's exposure time to any leak, thereby improving the efficiency of the sealing process.
Its composition includes fast-reacting polymers that accelerate coagulation upon contact with dusty surfaces, ensuring a strong, uniform, and rapid seal under real-world conditions.
Formulation: Based on user feedback, the new Panzer Sealant formula is now white, eliminating the previous yellow pigmentation to prevent unwanted coloration on other surfaces. This enhancement ensures versatility and a neutral, non-staining finish for a wider range of applications.

Important Notice: The new tubeless sealant will be available from June 2025 onwards. You may also find it in the 125ml sealant bottle included with the Panzer insert protection boxes. Please, be aware of it and do not mix the new Tubeless Sealant formula with the old one.
